Salmon Tartare - Classic Recipe

The classic recipe does not only consist of fish, it also includes other ingredients that enhance the taste of the dish. It is equally important to take care of a beautiful plate for serving.

Required Products:

  • a bunch of green onions and a spoonful of chopped dill;
  • salt to taste;
  • 300 grams of salmon;
  • 200 grams of cheese;
  • 150 milliliters of white wine vinegar;
  • 100 milliliters of cream;
  • 30 milliliters of lemon juice;
  • two branches of basil;
  • 60 grams of sugar.

Cooking process:

  1. We heat the pan, add sugar to it and heat it, then mix it with vinegar, wait for it to boil and remove from heat.
  2. Once the mixture has cooled, add chopped dill and basil to it.
  3. Grind salmon into small cubes - not more than 5 millimeters on each side. In the same way we cut cheese.
  4. We combine fish, 100 grams of cheese, a mixture of sugar and vinegar, let stand for five minutes.
  5. Grate the remaining cheese, put it on a baking sheet, making a workpiece on a serving ring, and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees to make chips.
  6. Beat cream with sugar, add salt, add lemon juice and finely chopped green onions.
  7. We put several chips on a beautiful flat plate, next to which is a serving ring and fill it with slices of salmon.
  8. Season with a small amount of cream sauce and can be served.

With the addition of avocados

Salmon tartare with avocado - the perfect combination. Avocado complements the taste of fish, and makes the dish twice as healthy.

Required Products:

  • 150 grams of salmon;
  • half avocado;
  • two tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • two slices of brown bread;
  • one small onion;
  • a spoon of olive oil;
  • pepper to your taste;
  • 100 grams of pickled capers.

Cooking process:

  1. Mix finely chopped onion and chopped capers. Add oil and a little ground pepper to them.
  2. We turn avocados and fish into small squares. Sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice so that it is better preserved.
  3. With a serving ring we cut out a circle from bread, dry it in a toaster or in the oven.
  4. We put a ring on the dish, in it a piece of bread, then fish, capers and onions, then avocado and again salmon. We finish the calculation of the avocado and season everything with olive oil.

Cooking with capers

You can also make tartare with such not very popular ingredients as lime and capers. But, they surprisingly well complement the dish, making it piquant.

Required Products:

  • 0.5 kg of salmon;
  • a large spoon of capers;
  • olive oil to your taste;
  • three shallots;
  • a tablespoon of lime juice and soy sauce;
  • bunch of green onions.

Cooking process:

  1. Chop finely green onions and shallots.
  2. We turn salmon into small cubes, not more than five millimeters in size. In the same way we cut capers.
  3. We mix among themselves, capers, fish and two types of onions.
  4. Season with olive oil, lime juice and soy sauce, mix.
  5. The resulting mixture is laid out in forms and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  6. After that, place on a plate, decorate with lettuce, green onions and lime slices.

Salmon Tartare with Cucumber

Required Products:

  • one small cucumber;
  • two tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • 100 grams of salmon;
  • a slice of brown bread;
  • a spoonful of lemon juice;
  • two tablespoons of olive oil;
  • shallots - one piece;
  • pepper to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Cut the fish, cucumber, onion into small cubes.
  2. Here we add the indicated amount of soy sauce, season with black ground pepper, lemon juice and olive oil, mix well and leave for half an hour for marinating.
  3. Cut a triangle from a piece of bread and let it dry a little, you can speed up the process with a toaster.
  4. We spread the tartar on the dish through the mold, wrap it with a slice of bread and decorate to your taste using lemon, lime, herbs and caviar.

With cherry tomatoes and eggs

Required Products:

  • two sheets of lettuce;
  • half a lemon;
  • 0.25 kg of salmon;
  • 30 grams of grain mustard;
  • a handful of capers;
  • a third of salad onions;
  • a pair of arugula twigs;
  • two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar;
  • one quail egg;
  • a sprig of cherry tomatoes;
  • half a spoonful of sugar.

Cooking process:

  1. Put lettuce leaves in your hands, then arugula on them. And between them in the form of drops we put mustard.
  2. We place the half of the lemon nearby, and put the serving ring in the center.
  3. Grind the fish and onion into small cubes, mix, season with a small amount of lemon juice and salt.
  4. Part of the mixture is placed in a ring, capers on top, then fish again and remove the mold.
  5. In an oil pan, fry the egg, but so that the yolk remains liquid, and put it on the tartar.
  6. Evaporate sugar and vinegar with this dish. Decorate the cherry and serve.

Smoked Salmon Option

Required Products:

  • 100 grams of smoked salmon;
  • a spoonful of lemon juice;
  • parsley to your taste;
  • half red onion.

Cooking process:

  1. Cut the onion and fish into small cubes.
  2. We chop parsley, mix with salmon.
  3. Season the resulting mass with lemon juice and remove for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Using the ring we form the tartare on a plate and decorate it as you wish.

How to cook with lemon

Required Products:

  • 0.1 liters of olive oil;
  • one lemon;
  • 300 grams of salmon;
  • half a salad onion;
  • 25 grams of arugula;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Free the arugula from the roots so that only leaves remain.
  2. Put in a blender, add oil and salt, beat until smooth.
  3. Turn the fish into small cubes, chop the onion as well.
  4. Cut eight slices from a lemon, and squeeze out what is left.
  5. Combine salmon, onion, lemon juice and let stand for about 20 minutes.
  6. Put the tartare on the dish with a ring, decorate based on your taste preferences.
