How to cook:

  1. In heated (non-boiling) water, add sugar and yeast, mix for a minute or two. Leave for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Mix the flour with salt. We squeeze the mixture in the middle and add the yeast there.
  3. Add olive oil to the mixture and knead the dough for 5 minutes. If necessary, add more water.
  4. Wet the towel and cover it with a bowl for an hour.
  5. We knead the rising dough, then divide into three koloboks of the same size.
  6. We lay the koloboks on a baking sheet. Each notch in the middle. The notch should be no more than 5 mm deep.
  7. We put the pan in the heat for 45-50 minutes.
  8. Mix garlic, coriander and butter.
  9. We heat the oven to 180 degrees. While it is heating up, carefully add the garlic mixture into the incision of each enlarged product, distribute it around the incision.
  10. Bake the dough for 25-30 minutes. Buns should acquire a pleasant golden color - this is a sign that they can be removed.

You will need:

  • warm milk - 1 cup;
  • butter - half a glass;
  • sugar - 50 g;
  • salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • chicken egg - 2 pieces;
  • garlic powder - 1.5 teaspoons;
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp;
  • parsley - 2 tsp;
  • basil - 1/2 tsp.

How to cook:

  1. We add milk, salt, sugar, eggs, butter, a teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of parsley, thyme and basil to the yeast dough. Beat and mix. The dough should be uniform and slightly sticky. We make koloboks.
  2. Lubricate a large bowl with butter and roll each bun in it. Cover with a damp towel, leave warm for 1-1.5 hours.
